Forever Ends Here release new ‘SEARCH THE NIGHT’ THE NEW SINGLE AND TOUR ANNOUNCEMENT

Sydney pop/rockers Forever Ends Here are four young 20-somethings fast on their way to their musical prime, evident enough in their new single ‘Search The Night’ which the band dropped to fans without warning on May 5 (2016). The band will also embark on a national tour in May/June with special guests Drawing North and Marcelo.

Their first brand new song since ‘Chapters’ (released February 2016), ‘Search The Night’ showcases a new commercial pop sound for the band, whilst still maintaining their rock sensibilities that’s earnt them a legion of fans since their formation in 2011.

“We no longer stick to genre restrictions,” says singer Luke McChesney. “We just write what feels good and ‘Search The Night’ is the poppiest song we’ve ever released, but it feels right”.

The accompanying music video  which was shot with Sydney’s famous Harbour and iconic cityscape as it’s backdrop, has already amassed over 2,500 views in 24 hours.

“This is a song we truly believe in,” says the band in a post to their fans. “We’ve put hours upon hours of hard work into creating the final product and we couldn’t be happier”.

In the space of four short years, the Northern beaches four piece have amassed a following that rivals the local scene that’s flooded with aspiring pop-punk bands.

Brothers Luke (Vocals / Guitar) and Kane McChesney (Drums) and best friend Mav Burnett (Bass) completed the lineup with Jackson Lehane (Guitar) resulting in the birth of Forever Ends Here. With the departure of Jackson early in 2016 came the introduction of new guitarist Arran Barker. Arran brings with him creative integrity and passion.

Since their inception, interest for the band was steadily growing and reached fever pitch with the release of the “From Where I’d Rather Be” EP in 2013. By this time, word had vastly spread to all corners of the country and beyond with the band lapping the country several times over supporting the likes of Tonight Alive, Short Stack, Hands Like Houses and Neck Deep whilst also completing four headlining tours of their own.

Having spent much of 2015 perfecting their craft, the band says of 2016 as “an exciting year” for Forever Ends Here. “We’ve got stacks of music up our sleeves that we’re excited to share with people”, says Luke.
