Mortimer Jackson releases new single ‘She Was Born On Mars’.

Indie Rocker Mortimer Jackson has prior experience in the music industry in previous bands before becoming a solo artist. Mortimer entered a BASCA supported songwriting competition and he reached the final and this gave him confidence to become a solo artist. His sound is influenced by Blur, Oasis and Joy Division and modern bands like Miles Kane, DMA’S and The Vaccines I was bound to love his new song ‘She Was Born On Mars’. Mortimer has such a unique vocal sound and an ability to write catchy chorus’ that this song is bound to get airplay. The guitars in the song stand out as well.
