Coast Modern release perfect campfire tune “Frost”, new album out now
It’s time to whip out the marshmallows + graham crackers – this new track from Coast Modern is the perfect campfire tune.
It’s called Frost and it’s the closing track on their stellar self-titled debut album (out now!). What better way to close out a record full of sun-flecked poolside bangers than with a contemplative campfire jam?
Like a trip to Disneyland; with each song like a stop in another world, Coast Modern’s debut album is a rollercoaster ride through a musical spectrum that spans from introspective acoustic streams of consciousness (like Frost!) to psychedelic jams to relaxed indie-rock vibes.
Gearing up to their debut album release, the LA duo have garnered a ton of heat from just about every tastemaker under the sun, they count Kate Hudson a fan, chill with Bishop Briggs, played their first ever show at SXSW and a few weeks later were playing Terminal 5 with BORNS, plus were also scooped up to tour with The Wombats, Temper Trap and recently hit the road on AltNation’s Advanced Placement Tour.
