Lycanthrope drop lyric video for “Chapters” album title track, album out Feb 16


Lycanthrope’s debut full-length album, Chapters will see it’s release next month on Friday February 16 – today they are unleashing the title track from the record into the world. Unrelenting in it’s sound, the track is inspiring in it’s message. The lyric video highlights the positive message about overcoming hardships and insecurities and living a life that will be remembered well!

Pre-Orders for the album are now live on iTunes – purchasers will receive Chapters as part of that pre-order from this Friday onwards. The track will also be live on Spotify from this Friday as well.


The new album, ‘Chapters’ and singles ‘Chapters’ and ‘Like a Ghost’ were recorded in early 2017 at Spinlight Studios with Rhys Zacher. The record has produced what is a developed and more focused and intense sound for the band.

Founded in late 2011, Lycanthrope hail from Newcastle, NSW, Australia. They immediately began playing shows and recorded their debut EP Limitless – from which the track The Golden Mile peaked on the Triple J Unearthed radio charts at #4 – what followed was a string of supports for I Killed The Prom Queen, Northlane, Like Moths To Flames, Aversions Crown, In Hearts Wake, Confession, Trophy Eyes, Capture The Crown and many more, as well as tour New Zealand. The crushing current line-up consists of Aidan Lee, Dan Greig, Brett Scott, Jason Salvini, Scott Wright and Matthew Stoja.
