House Fire is the project of Australian multi-instrumentalist George Stribling and American vocalist Desiree McCann. After meeting while studying abroad in London, the pair started working on a set of songs that combined George’s love of bass driven pop and Des’ affection for sad songs. This became their debut EP ‘Never See You Again’, that was entirely written and recorded with 10,000 miles between them. Lucky enough to live in the sunny cities of Perth and San Francisco, House Fire’s sound evolved to be beachy alt-pop thats closest comparison lies between The Jungle Giants and San Cisco.
