‘Waste My Time’ is from Sydney’s outfit Benefits and believe me it is not a waste of time listening to this track. Benefits is the recording project of Mason Lewtas with the addition of  Ben Cauduro on keys and vocals, Matthew Bilic on bass and vocals, and Jordan Quilty on drums.The song itself is a mysterious journey only you can take. Is it indie rock or pop? Or is it too good to be allocated a genre? It certainly has fuzzed guitars and has a hypnotic haze. I adore this song that is best listened to with headphones laying back on the bed. Check it out here.
