Surfin’ Charlie releases new single ‘Hang ‘Em High’.

Indie Rockers Surfin’ Charlie are named both after a tribute to their drummers dog as well as a reference to a song about the Vietnam war written by The Clash. The band members met at high school. They push the boundaries of genre’s. Regardless of if they are pop or pop punk I adore their latest release Hang ‘Em High’. It is super catchy and one of those songs that I want to listen to again and again. Front man Julius Mann have loved music all his life and writes music as a way to confront the world about its issues in a non confronting way. Surfin’ Charlie are releasing an album this year and if Hang ‘Em High is a taste of what to come I will love it! I think pop punk fans like myself will for sure. With upbeat pop rock riffs and Julius’ amazing vocals Hang ‘Em High is a potential hit. Take a listen and if you like what you hear please share.
