Girl Crush release debut single of the same name.

It is no secret that I love pop punk. When I first listened to ‘Girl Crush’ I liked the song but it was not till the second listen that I fell in love with it. It is not the typical sound of song that I usually share, there was just something about the carefree and I don’t give a fuck attitude that I found intriguing. Yep def a pop punk song! Girl Crush formed with a vision in mind. “Changing people’s perception of gender, body stereotypes and sexuality through charm, strong opinions and crushing honesty in their songs.” Admirable attitude to have. They state that they are “We’re not a fucking girl band!” and how true. They are so much more. The start of song has a guitar hook that drew me and when the unique vocals started I thought I had to share. As well as loving the song I really do admire their vision. They deserve this song to get some airplay. Take a listen here.
