‘TAKE TAKE TAKE’ is a alternative pop tune from New Zealand. The song and the video have a 90’s feel to them, I love that. The song is based on the toxic masculinity in NZ society. (and many other countries). ‘TAKE TAKE TAKE’ discusses the pressure that men have on them to join the boys club and rebelling from what people want them to be like. First time I have shared a song that looks at this issue from the male perspective and I find that interesting. Sound wise the guitar sound is very 90’s and the vocals are amazing.
