ASPyN drops debut single ‘Heartless’.

When I accepted ASPyN’s submission called ‘Heartless’ I had no idea that the song was by a self-taught 16 year old female singer-songwriter! To have this sound at 16 is incredible AND she is self taught. Her amazing vocal sound is really showcased in ‘Heartless’. 

The song explores the emotions involved in a response to a personal experience. ASPyN had been called heartless by a boy that she did not want to date. The song is a direct response to this. I think at 16 it is amazing that ASPyN can write such a personal song. She has a brilliant future ahead, with being able to write her own songs and present them in such a beautiful way a bonus for sure.
