‘King of Books’ is the latest single by The Rungs.

The Rungs are a indie band from Brooklyn NY. ‘King of Books’ is the third single off their upcoming EP ‘Everyday Visions’ that is due out on the 9th of November. I adore this song as it reminds me of a time when I finally realised that I was in a toxic relationship and needed to get out right away. This song captures that time really well. In addition to the meaning of the song the vocals are exceptional. A little wispy but strong all the same. Add in the unique music you have a song as good as ‘King of Books’. Take a listen here.
