Loud Forest drop new single ‘Miracle’.
Loud Forest is made up of husband and wife team Bernard and Rachel Chadwick. Their sound is a mix of pop and rock steeped with love and artisanship. The duo was formed when Bernard was earning his MFA at ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, California. The goal was to make art to fuse into rock and vice versa. I don’t usually share songs that contain swearing but in this case, it made the meaning of the song clearer.
The pop/alt rock song ‘Miracle’ explores how the future of a relationship is uncertain. The song is based on their relationship from Bernand’s side. He states “Our story is so crazy, so it’s like, hey this is a miracle, let’s not fuck it up, forget about it and run away, let’s remember how special it is.” I think one of the main reasons that I love this song is because of this meaning. Regardless of what type of relationship that you may have ‘Miracle’ can relate to it. I adore the vocal sounds as well as the catchiness of the music.
