‘Somewhere Along the Line’ is the latest release from Eric Coomer.
From my first listen of Eric Coomer’s new single ‘Somewhere Along the Line’ I fell in love with the incredible lyrics. Beautifully written and very meaningful. With the gentle guitar supporting Eric’s strong yet emotion filled vocals, this is a song for anyone who either has been through a divorce or going through marriage troubles. It is a song of reflection as well as asking the question is it over now, although sadly that answer is clear in the lyrics. “I would move mountains, you would not get off the chair“. The hurt and pain is felt throughout the song, and the lyrics ‘Love is patient, love is kind, but love is losing me my mind‘ really expresses the effect divorce has on one’s mental state.
